Records Division
The Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office Records Unit is open to the public and is responsible for retaining and dispersing a multitude of information including but not limited to accident reports, FOIA requests, Pistol Purchase Licenses, Pistol Sales Records, and Sex Offender Registration. Monday- Friday 8am-4pm and closed on most legal holidays. Forms/PDF files can be submitted via Fax at 810-664-5520
